Job summary
We are looking for an experienced purchasing manager to develop our purchasing activities strategically and operationally.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FMCG, food & nutrition, excellent market knowledge,
and a keen sense for quality, costs, and speed.
The successful candidate will lead high-volume contract negotiations,
manage investment decisions,
and ensure availability,
quality,
and time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration,Economics or a related commercial field
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf von Protein-,Whey- oder anderen Food-Produkten
- Tiefes Warengruppen- und Supplier-Know-how im Bereich Nutrition/Food Ingredients/li>Nachweisbare Verhandlungserfolge und Vertragsmacht/im hohen Bereich/li>Erfahrung mit Whey-Proteinen und funktionellen Lebensmitteln/li.Expertise in Risiko-und Zweitlieferantenstrategien/li.Sicherer Umgang mit SAP/liv.Fluent in English,German ist ein Plus/
