Flight Software Engineer

Germany with once a month on site

You must be living in Germany or willing to relocate.

Up to 85k Eur plus benefits

Our exciting New Space client are looking for a Flight Software Engineer to join their team. The role will include working on the testing phase and to be tailored and optimized for the deployment on the autopilot's hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Develop safety-critical software components.
• Participate in planning, design, coding, and testing.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and integrate complex hardware/software systems.
• Software requirements decomposition, analysis, definition, and traceability.
• Software analysis & requirements testing.

Experience Required:

• Strong background in C/C++
• Experienced with Linux
• Experience developing embedded software in a flight software sector.
• Familiar with microcontrollers and RTOS

Desirable Experience:

• Space / Aerospace experience
• ECSS Experience
• RTOS experience
