- Help to lead the global introduction of SAP SuccessFactors and oversee adaptations in roles and processes within Global Human Resources.
- Collaborate closely with users and key stakeholders to enhance SAP SuccessFactors functionality across various SF modules.
- Coordinate system adjustments to meet global functional requirements from specialized departments.
- Provide moderation and advisory support to the Global Human Resources Community on the feasibility of requirements, releases, and SAP's roadmap.
- Oversee release changes from a functional perspective.
- Plan, manage, and contribute to upcoming HR-IT projects, potentially serving as a (partial) project manager.
- Undertake a key user role, particularly in the Employee Central (EC) module.
- Establish and manage global key user communities, fostering collaborative exchanges among them.
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, economics, or related fields, with a focus on HR or equivalent qualifications
- Previous exposure to SuccessFactors implementation and utilization
- Competent use of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably with expertise in the Employee Central module (however other modules are fine too)
- Proficient understanding of HR processes
- Proficiency in project and process management
- Business fluency in English (C1/C2) - German is a plus/bonus
