The Site People Partner is responsible for the operational and strategic management of all HR-related topics at the site and acts as a key interface between employees, site management, and the works council.The job involves full employee lifecycle management including recruitment and onboarding contract creation contract amendments terminations probation period management absence leave management preparation monthly payroll close coordination external payroll provider handling relations including providing guidance counseling conflict resolution support sensitive matters daily HR support for the site manager maintenance administration records systems personnel files in compliance legal requirements internal policies responsibility occupational health safety topics documentation reporting acting trusted interface to works council ensuring constructive compliant cooperation initiating implementing measures improve working environment employee engagement at this position.
