• Experience in Data Engineering with backend development background
• Strong communication skills (to consult with counterparts and generate improvement ideas)
• Strong problem solving skills Data Engineering : Utilizing tools such as Flask and Pandas to manipulate and manage data effectively and easy move to more robus Data Engineering Tech
• Backend Development : Developing and maintaining backend services, particularly using Flask for Web development and Java for Cuba Reporter
• Proactive who can actively contribute ideas for improvement
• Actively engage in discussions and intiatives to enhance their processes and solutions
