Responsibilities:

• Thorough testing of new features to meet requirements and maintain long-term quality.
• Create and implement test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure software quality standards are met.
• Define core business flows for automation developer-written tests.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to investigate issues and provide usability feedback.
• Partner with support team to understand customer pain points and inform testing strategies.
• Stay updated on latest product features to align QA processes with ongoing developments.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with strong technical aptitude and passion for learning new technologies and QA methodologies.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail for thorough testing and bug reporting
• Adaptability to embrace changes in product requirements and QA processes.
• Proficient in SQL for database queries and data integrity validation; Solid understanding of web technologies and architecture
• Bonus: Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java) and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, etc.)
