    Stellenbeschreibung

  • Weiterentwickeln der Informationssicherheitsstrategie des Unternehmens, Ausrichten der Informationssicherheitsstrategie an den Geschäftszielen und den gesetzlichen Anforderungen
  • Steuern des Designs, der Implementierung sowie das Management umfassender Informationssicherheitsprogramme, -richtlinien und -verfahren
  • Identifizierung, Bewertung und Beseitigung von Cyber sicherheitsrisiken und -bedrohungen, einschließlich der Durchführung regelmäßiger Risikobewertungen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Cyber-Security-Teams
  • Etablieren pragmatischer Sicherheitsstandards mit Blick auf Good und Best Practices
  • Single Point of Contact für alle internationalen Standorte bezüglich externer Anfragen zur Informations- und IT-Sicherheit bzw. IT Compliance im Rahmen von Audits durch lokale Aufsichtsbehörden und Assessments durch Geschäftspartner:innen
  • Security-Beratung der Fachabteilungen und Projektteams zur Implementierung sicherer Lösungen
  • Steuerung von externen Security-Dienstleistern sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern

    • Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse aktueller IT Security-Produkte und -Lösungen, insbesondere im Cloud-Umfeld, sowie von Information Security-Standards, -Tools und -Prozessen
  • Sie besitzen tiefgreifenden Kenntnissen in den gängigen Normen und Standards der IT- und Informationssicherheit ISMS (bspw. ISO 2700x / CIS-Controls / BSI Grundschutz / CoBIT).
  • Kenntnisse in den Richtlinien IT-Sicherheitsgesetz und NIS
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Kompetenzen (auf C-Level)?
  • Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen, prozessuale Denkweise sowie Teamgeist
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von interner/externer Sicherheitsaudits sowie regelmäßige Statusberichte über den Fortschritt wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
