Job Description: A nursing company in Diemelstadt is currently seeking a deputy nursing management (m/w/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professional and organizational management of the nursing area in support of the nursing management
• Ensuring high quality care and support for residents
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the field of nursing
• Management of staffing levels, restructuring in case of absences due to illness, etc.
• Responsibility and participation in the implementation of care processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training as a nursing professional (m/w/d)
• Leadership-focused further training of at least 460 hours according to §80 SGB XI
• Knowledge of quality management and handling of legal frameworks in nursing
• Communication and teamwork skills, as well as assertiveness
• Good IT skills
