Responsibilities

As a (Junior) Corporate Customer Advisor, you understand the needs of your customers, allowing you to work in the field from your home office. You provide tailored financial strategies, credit proposals, and comprehensive advice on payment services and investments.

• Advise and support independent retailers to help them focus on their core activities
• Develop sustainable financing strategies and provide comprehensive advice on all payment services, cross-selling, and investment products
• Act as the main contact for startups within the EDEKA network, especially in accessing public funding programs.

Profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship
• Minimum of two years' experience in corporate customer advisory at a bank
• Strong communication skills with a talent for persuasive customer consultation and simplifying complex matters
• Openness to new technologies and media
• Willingness to travel within your region and occasionally to our Hamburg headquarters as needed.
