This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all HR-related questions across the entire employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with our Operations Team to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new GEO workers. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting and executing HR processes including handbooks policies practices procedures draft managing employment contracts ensuring legal compliance at all times leading complex HR projects addressing issues like performance management terminations employment transfers providing expert guidance to strengthen competitiveness reviewing updating policies procedures work conditions communicating effectively mitigating risks assisting monthly payroll processing collaborating with our local payroll partner contributing expertise to wider projects helping shape solutions that make real difference identifying gaps implementing smart solutions stay ahead changes local employment law keep team informed key updates
- Serve as primary point contact all HR-related questions entire employee lifecycle.
