Role Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will contribute to their global success by providing essential maintenance, repair, and service support to their clients. If you are passionate about modern technology and enjoy collaborative work environments, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Independently conduct maintenance, repair, and service tasks on electro-mechanical machinery.
• Execute quality tests and meticulously document results according to established protocols.
• Offer internal and external assistance for software and process commissioning activities.
• Perform assembly and commissioning of production systems, both locally and internationally, in close collaboration with clients.
• Support our training department by assisting in the instruction and training of client personnel on production support processes.
• Travel to customer sites as required, both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Completed vocational training in mechatronics, electrical engineering or a related subject
• Ideally, possess experience in mechanical and plant engineering, particularly with vacuum coating systems.
• Demonstrate strong dedication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously or within a team setting.
• Exhibit a keen interest in high technology and flexibility for extended assignments both domestically and abroad.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages is essential.
