- Lead SCI agenda for Beverage category, in alignment with marketing, category management and technical team
- Manage SCI projects to provide actionable insights to external & internal clients systematically with information about products and targeted consumer groups needs and product preferences
- Align and plan sensory tests in collaboration with sensory manager and panels
- Drive insights and innovation interactions and conversations with EAME key customers
- Responsible for the functional management of the role related to EAME SCI resources with 2 direct reports
- Provide strategic guidance and advisory support on best practices to wider SCI Community
- Bachelor or Masters degree in food technology, psychology or other relevant field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in consumer and sensory research including team management experience
- Good understanding of different sensory and consumer test methods including relevant statistical methods
- Expertise in data interpretation & story telling
- Communication & presentation skills
- Results foucsed with strong project management skills
- Working in a team and value-add solutions
