With around 1,200 colleagues at 13 locations, we support and advise the statutory health insurance and social long-term care insurance companies on medical and care-related issues and work every day for the approximately 7.1 million people insured in Lower Saxony.
    For the area of corporate development, we are looking for the next possible date in Hanover as
    Project Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on IT
    Full-time (38.5 hours per week) / initially limited until , possibly with further prospects
    You will initiate and manage IT projects, in particular relating to the digitalization and IT strategy, and thus make a valuable contribution to strategy implementation.

    These are your tasks

    • You will manage projects in accordance with the internal project standard and develop measures to optimize the structural and process organization, including with the prospect of introducing an IT industry solution
    • You will plan, manage and support IT projects or contribute to the support of IT sub-projects at the interface to the IT division
    • You will manage project-specific controlling in accordance with the Project Management Office's specifications
    • You will support the management team of the IT division in the prioritization, initiation, coordination and implementation of internal and cross-divisional projects
    • You will be involved in the establishment, introduction and continuous optimization of standards and processes in the IT division; for example in project management, project controlling and documentation

    What you bring with you

    • You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on business informatics or have comparable knowledge and skills
    • You have extensive experience in the management and implementation of IT projects, ideally gained in public administration
    • You are adept at working with standard project committees, such as a steering committee
    • You preferably have methodological knowledge in process and project management, proven e.g. by IPMA, PMI or PRINCE2 certification
    • You are proficient in using modern MS Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common project management tools

    Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for medical services (TV MD) up to pay group 11 if the requirements are met.
