- Als Ansprechpartner:in für IT-Systeme in der Ground Ops bist du für unsere Abfertigungssysteme zuständig – hierzu zählen bspw. Navitaire, GoNow und SkySpeed
- Du treibst strategische Entwicklungen der IT-Landschaft im Ground Ops Bereich mit dem Ziel voran, das Kundenerlebnis kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Durch Verschlankung des Abfertigungsaufwandes reduzierst du den Kostenaufwand und erhöhst die Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du leitest verschiedene IT- und Automatisierungsprojekte innerhalb deines Bereiches und stellst ein professionelles IT-Anforderungsmanagement sicher
- Die Entwicklung von Self Services und EW-Systemarchitekturen sind neben neuen System -und Applikationseinführungen ein wichtiger Baustein deiner Arbeit Kontakt
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Masterstudium o.Ä. oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 6 Jahren im Aufgabengebiet
- Idealerweise kannst du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich operative Luftfahrt vorweisen
- Im Bereich der Digitalisierung hast du entsprechende Projekte bereits geleitet und fachlich oder disziplinarisch geführt
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an technologischen Neuentwicklungen und Problemlösungsfindungen
- Da Airline auch immer international bedeutet, sind Deutsch und Englisch in deinem Handgepäck mit dabei
