    IT Administrator (m/w/d)

    Diese Herausforderungen übernehmen Sie* Bearbeitung des First und Second Level Supports für gängige Hard-/Software und Branchenlösungen
    * Analyse von Fehlerursachen sowie Fehlerbehebung
    * Lückenlose Dokumentation im Service Desk Tool sowie Steuerung und Überwachung der Tickets
    * Beratung von Usern bei ProblemstellungenDas sind Ihre Perspektiven für die Zukunft* Unterstützung im Bewerbungsprozess
    * Wir schauen mit Ihnen über den Tellerrand hinaus
    * Coaching vor dem Vorstellungsgespräch mit dem Kunden
    * Hohe Planungssicherheit durch unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag
    * Networking und einfach Spaß haben bei Teamevents, Weihnachtsfeiern oder Sommerfesten

    * Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, in gängigen Netzwerktechnologien (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPN) sowie Kenntnisse in der Clientbetreuung (Active Directory AD)
    * Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows- und/oder Linux-Servern
