- Development of new processes in collaboration with R&D, preparation of machine specifications, plant concepts and plant calculations in terms of production costs
- Creation of layouts for production lines, working on projects to design holistic concepts for fuel cell production
- Responsible for the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment as well as for keeping deadlines, considering the required costs and quality
- Definition, planning and implementation of process developments, process optimization, FMEA, quality improvement, automation options and measurement technology in close cooperation with other departments
- Supporting the scaling of production processes and the creation of layouts for production lines
- Completed engineering studies (mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in the planning and integration of production machines is desirable
- Knowledge of projects in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and in particular DIN EN 13849 and DIN EN ISO 12100 is an advantage
- Knowledge of plant engineering, automation technology, test engineering and CAD
- Entrepreneurially and strategically oriented way of working, strong communication skills, cooperative and result-oriented when working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English
