Hobson Prior is currently in search of a Senior Director to oversee Clinical Trial Supply Chain and IMP Management. This role revolves around managing and expanding the global business within the realm of Cell & Gene IMP Management. The ideal candidate will be accountable for upholding high performance standards, meeting deadlines, staying within cost targets, and ensuring patient safety. This position is available in Germany, London, or Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the global business in Cell & Gene IMP Management.
• Maintain quality and performance levels within specified timelines, while meeting cost targets and prioritizing patient safety.
• Translate portfolio strategy into platform/trial requirements and ensure adherence to these requirements.
• Offer insights on feasibility to the platform/portfolio core team and other decision-making bodies.
• Establish performance objectives and oversee the performance of the function and other relevant subfunctions essential in the field of personalized therapies.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Clinical Trial Supply Management for Cell & Gene Therapies.
• Demonstrated capability in devising platform/portfolio strategies for global clinical trials related to Cell & Gene therapies.
• Proficiency in supply chain and study drug logistics, encompassing specific requirements like CoI/CoC management, demand- and capacity planning.
• Experience in managing multiple personalized trial platforms and portfolios.
• Familiarity with pertinent legislation and international GMP, GDP, and GCP guidelines.
• Understanding of electronic systems supporting Clinical Trial Supply Management and competence in standard office software.
• Knowledge of budget and performance management in IMP.
• Proficiency in Change and Project Management.
