    Role - Senior Consultant

    Technology – Microsoft Identity Manager and MS Exchange

    Location – Germany

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    In the role of Senior Consultant (m/f/d), you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation and testing.

    • For high complexity projects, you will perform configuration, build application/process solution, implement deployment plans and resolve data migration and cut-over user issues.
    • You will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

    Required qualifications:

    • Experience in the enterprise customer arena
    • Face-to-face customer engagement skills
    • Self-reliant, strong, and adaptable team player
    • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in both English and German
    • Troubleshooting knowledge & skills
    • Degree qualification or equivalent experience
    • Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management

    Required Technical Expertise:

    • More than 8 years of experience in Microsoft Identity Manager/Forefront Identity Manager.
    • Ability to write and modify Rules Extensions - both MA Extensions and MV Extensions
    • Detailed knowledge on the functioning of the MIM sync engine - different types of Connectors, Precedence, run profiles, etc.
    • In-depth knowledge of implementing various use cases in the enterprise Level.
    • Good knowledge on Active Directory and migration scenarios.
    • Extensive knowledge of MIM portal like MPRs, Sets, Workflows, Schema extensions, UI elements of the Portal and Sync Rules.
    • Knowledge on FIM Reporting.
    • Hands-on experience with MIM WAL.
    • Knowledge on MIM upgrades and new installations.
    • Hands-on experience with designing Identity Management Solutions using MIM.

    Microsoft Exchange Server:

    • Deep understanding in Exchange server architecture 2010\2013\2016
    • Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server 2010\2013\2016
    • Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging
    • Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management.
    • Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
    • Deep understanding in SMTP
    • Experience and skills with Failover Clustering
    • Experience with PowerShell scripting
    • Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments
