- You prepare the campers for the next rental, including checking documents, cleaning vehicles, adding basic equipment, and booked extras (such as bike racks, dog packages)
- You welcome our customers, provide professional vehicle introductions, and ensure an excellent experience at the station. Thanks to you, our customers start their vacation with a smile on their face :-)
- After the rental, you carefully inspect the vehicles, document any damages, and assist in resolving them
- You bring in optimization suggestions, are an expert in all tasks at the station, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- You take care of the fleet: cleaning, damage management, technical checks, documentation, vehicle sales preparation, and support
- You have completed training in areas such as automotive rental, transportation, logistics, tourism, retail, or similar
- You remain calm under stress, have a solution-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skills
- You naturally adhere to quality standards
- You have a Class B driver's license
- You are willing to work on weekends and holidays*
- You speak fluent German and can communicate in English
