- You will conduct market studies together with Market Analytics and the Product Center to understand the competitive landscape for the products in scope and draw conclusions on the positioning of the HELLA offer as well as for strategic planning.
- You will lead the Product Center to define and update USPs and a strong value proposition for each product based on the market input.
- You will prepare the relevant storyline and content for impactful sales promotion, Social Media, website and public relations.
- You support the Product Management Team in developing arguments and assumptions for value pricing.
- You will develop and implement digital and physical content for sales promotion and monitor the effectiveness of those contents and used channels.
- You will do market research on events and conferences and manage event participations as needed.
- You will act as a global subject-matter-expert for one defined field of marketing. As such, you will support the international Marketing Team with expert advice on their day-to-day activities within their Product Center / Region. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business Engineering (major in Sales or Marketing) or Business Administration or similar qualifications
- Minimum three years of working experience in Sales / Marketing / Project Management
- Very good written and spoken English and German
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, CRM tools as well as Marketing tools
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal), project management skills, teamwork skills, ability to work in fast-paced and intercultural environment
