Join our team to support our network expansion projects with a focus on approval-related issues and contribute to accelerating network expansion for the energy transition.

The upcoming network expansion projects require a complex public approval process. We are committed to transparency and professional project management.

Your experience is key in efficiently organizing and managing the complex public approval process, focusing on cross-project issues. You will work closely with various specialists to identify planning and environmental issues and coordinate this fundamental work.

Here are some tasks you will encounter:

• Ensure standardization of processes in approval procedures for our network expansion projects by developing guidelines, recommendations, and manuals,
• Collaborate with the legal department to address environmental and planning law issues,
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate procedural, technical, and environmental planning requirements and issues,
• Provide statements on legislative changes and planning requirements, and prepare approval-related topics for internal and external stakeholders and committees,
• Promote interdisciplinary exchange, organize and lead training and workshops for internal staff and external service providers.

In this role, you will communicate with project managers, other transmission system operators, and authorities. Your communication skills, organizational abilities, and assertiveness will be valuable. You can establish connections quickly, act solution-oriented, and work precisely even under pressure.

Your profile of competencies:

• Completed degree in landscape planning and/or environmental engineering, law, engineering, or similar,
• Several years of experience in approval procedures for infrastructure projects,
• Experience with different committees or willingness to acquire this knowledge quickly,
• Knowledge of the economic, technical, and legal framework of the energy industry,
• Proactive approach to coordinating project-specific issues,
• Organizational and assertiveness, excellent communication and teamwork skills,
• Proficient in common MS Office products and CAD applications,
• Proficient in German and English (C1 level).

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have knowledge of SAP.
