- work in international and Lufthansa Group / inhouse consultancy projects. As a Senior Consultant you are responsible for managing projects and project teams or several teams of consultants and client personnel
- participate in or lead projects in related areas of the aviation industry within the Lufthansa Group as well as other airlines worldwide. Examples in this area could be: Optimization of Pricing & Revenue management strategies such as Pricing and Steering practices and processes, organizational structure, reporting, implementation of Branded Fares and Ancillaries etc.
- support proposal preparation in coordination with the respective Solution Group Leader and participate in sales pitches
- independently create tailored consultancy services and problem solutions
- Degree in business administration or economics completed at a university or expertise and studies in a relevant field of expertise
- Several years of work experience in Airline Revenue Management/Optimization, Capacity Steering, Branded Fares, Ancillaries and/or Pricing
- Experience with Revenue Management/ Pricing IT solutions as well as Airline distribution channels
- Good understanding of different airline business models as well as other commercial functions
- For Senior consultants: experiences with leadership tasks in the role of project manager or team lead
- International work experience; willingness for business travel worldwide
- Excellent communication skills, with business fluency in English and German. Further languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic) are an advantage

Requirements
