- Construction management of industrial projects
- Coordination of subcontractors, ensuring quality on the construction site
- Coordination of the construction site, procedures and work processes
- Control and review of construction progress
- Ensuring compliance with work safety regulations
- Organization of daily coordination meetings and work schedules
- Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests
- Defect recording and tracking
- Successfully completed studies in the field of construction engineering or management, architecture or similar.
- Experience as a construction manager in investment projects or relevant professional experience in the discipline
- Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management
- Good knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules and technology
- Good MS-Office knowledge and CAD skills
- Fluent German (both written and spoken)
- English language on a communicative level
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
