We are seeking skilled and experienced Developers to cross-train as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Developers

As a Business Central Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The Opportunity

As a Business Central Developer, you will be part of a closely collaborating team, working with in Scrum, with short communication lines and the freedom to fill your role as you see fit.

During the projects, you will work closely with consultants and the customer to define the requirements. Together with a tester and other stakeholders, you will create a robust design and test plan.

Then you develop the software according to the Microsoft standard and apply the ATDD methodology to test the software.

In this role, you will get the chance to follow the newest Microsoft innovations and work with the latest versions of BC. Among others, we use: Visual Studio Code, SQL, Jira, Azure Devops, PowerShell and Git.

This opportunity will allow you to gain expertise in MB820, a highly sought-after certification, and will open doors to new career prospects in the field.

Your new role could include:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Algorithmic problem solving for manufacturing production scheduling solutions
• In close cooperation with the consultants, you analyze the requirements of our customers and develop the concept to provide them with the best possible software solution
• You will program independent modules and functional areas to map all of our customer's business processes in detail within Business Central.
• You will perform data migrations, version upgrades, or performance optimizations independently.

Candidate Requirements

To apply for this program, you'll need to have strong technical and business skills. You will have possessed the following skills:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience as a Developer working on production planning/manufacturing scheduling solutions and/or logistics optimisation engines
• Commercial experience in one of the following languages: Java, C# or .NET and is mainly focused on back-end development
• Knowledge of SQL (databases) and GIT
• Interest in learning the AL-programme language
• Business analysis skills and eye for detail
• Spoken and written fluency in English
