- Advising internal departments on all issues relating to the implementation of requirements in the Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, etc.) environment or for other project management applications
- Administration, configuration and further development of the responsible applications
- Customizing the applications via low-code
- Efficient implementation of incident and problem management as well as ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support for application-related requests
- Management of IT projects in compliance with specifications regarding time, content and costs
- Coordination of external service providers
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a similar course of study with an IT focus, alternatively comparable professional experience
- Professional experience in conception, operation and consulting in the Atlassian environment
- In-depth knowledge of the Atlassian applications Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management required
- Experience in administration in the Linux environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript an advantage
- Methodical knowledge ideally certifications in the areas of project management and IT service management
- Professional experience in the digitalization and automation of processes
- Quick comprehension, ability to think abstractly as well as a structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
