- Screen and evaluate different NDT technologies for current and future applications
- Establish guidelines for various NDT methods, outlining their opportunities and limitations
- Present research findings to an international audience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in material science, physics, process technology, or related field
- Strong background in metallic materials or nondestructive testing (NDT) methods
- Practical laboratory experience is essential
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English or German language
