- Assist on financial due diligence buy-side and sell-side assignments
- Support with preparing proposals for Financial Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Assistance projects
- Other M&A related (research) tasks e.g. assisting on managing intelligence on forthcoming deals, and working on targeting of private equity
- Advanced bachelor's or currently enrolled in a Masters programme
- Strong affinity for figures and interest in Accounting, Finance and M&A deal cycle
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus
- Fluent business level in German and English is essential
