About the job:

My client is a prominent IT security integrator and solution provider in the DACH region. They require a Zscaler engineer to help expand the IT security team.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating architecture workshops with customers either on-site or remotely.
• Providing assistance for larger and critical projects.
• Offering support during escalations and collaborating with the manufacturer.
• Gathering customer feedback and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Assisting customers with onboarding, including training and access to resources.
• Providing proactive advice on the optimal deployment and usage of cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements:

• Possesses a solid foundation in IT security.
• Bring more than three years of experience in customer consulting, including positions such as Customer Success Manager, Adoption Manager, Presales or Sales Engineer.
• Able to maintain existing customer relationships and provide professional advice on complex issues.
• Proficient in network and cloud security, web proxy, SASE and Zero Trust.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Zscaler Zero-Trust SASE platform.
• Fluent in German and English.
