    We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electricair taxis, i.e. aircraftthat take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bringurban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the ground in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe.     Job Description

    Your crew during this flight:

    We are a growing team of People & Organization (P&O) enthusiasts dedicated to building the world's best workplace for urban air mobility pioneers. You will be surrounded by helpful and open P&O colleagues from a truly multicultural group with strong collaboration - who love what they do and have fun along the way.

    Your mission during this flight:

    You will be responsible for facilitating excellent People Operations & Experience along the employee lifecycle.

    As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be delivering services along the entire employee life cycle. Your holistic People/HR Operations knowledge will help you quickly understand employee/company needs and develop solutions by collaborating with the key stakeholders like employees, HR Business Partners, or Talent Acquisition Specialists.

    In addition, this position offers you great growth opportunities.

    Together with your P&O Specialist colleagues:

    • You support on all employee onboarding and offboarding activities
    • You are responsible for maintaining all correct employee and working time data in our HRIS system
    • You support our Payroll Specialist in providing all payroll data
    • You are responsible for the creation of standard contract documents and supporting with extraordinary contract changes
    • You support in activities like P&O policies, process design, and templates

    Qualifications

    Check in your professional skills:

    • You have several yearsof work experience in a comparable function (HR Administrator, HR Operations, HR Manager)
    • Operational experience in tax and social security, combined with basic German employment law knowledge
    • You are a people person and strive to ensure that those around you thrive
    • Solid MS Office, HRIS, and digital tool knowledge
    • Fluent German and very good English language skills (both written and spoken)

    Preferred skills:

    • Vocational training, further qualifications like "Personalfachkauffrau/-mann" or HR-related degree wouldbe a plus
    • Payroll experience would be a plus
