    Trainee* Finance

    Your Trainee Program at Gothaer

    • You will be involved in planning and forecasting for insurance companies within the Gothaer Group (P&L, balance sheet, liquidity)
    • You will contribute to the methodological and procedural development of corporate planning models
    • You will support the initiation, implementation, and coordination of scenario, sensitivity, and value driver analyses to assess corporate risks
    • You will conduct profitability and variance analyses as well as calculation and interpretation of KPIs
    • You will participate in the annual rating process

    What you bring

    • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to present, evaluate, and derive appropriate recommendations for complex topics and data in a structured manner characterize you
    • You have initiative and a willingness to shape, as well as high performance and learning readiness and teamwork skills
    • Interdisciplinary teamwork, sociability, and a confident demeanor are natural to you
    • You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Business Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on accounting/controlling
    • You have gained practical experience, preferably in auditing
    • Your German language skills are at least at C1 level
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office products and SAP skills complete your profile
