Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, align, and monitor goods contract shipments, express deliveries, and special trips based on deadlines and economic considerations
• Handle service inquiries and load differences
• Processing of national and international parcel service shipments
• Booking of incoming goods shipments and invoice verification for inbound/outbound freight
• Handling of national and international transports in SAP while complying with respective customer or country-specific requirements
• Partial tasks in load carrier management
• Key user function, system administration in SAP load carrier management systems

Profile

• Completed training as a forwarding merchant or industrial clerk with relevant experience
• Experience in Atlas customs clearance
• In-depth knowledge in load carrier handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP is advantageous
• Communicative team player with a self-responsible and structured way of working
• Willingness to work shifts
