    What You'll Do

  • As a Principal in Quality Engineering, you drive a culture of product quality into the engagements you work on, ensuring the whole team is engaged in Quality
  • Define and evolve a robust test automation architecture, utilizing open-source frameworks for enhanced testing processes and reliability
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality approaches for large-scale client projects, ensuring a holistic perspective to optimize outcomes
  • Provide thought leadership on complex, multi-workstream architectures, directing project initiatives and ensuring alignment with quality standards. Leading other quality engineers on those engagements to ensure risk reduction on all deployments including by performing code reviews
  • Actively participate in Discovery and Delivery activities, contributing to the planning for successful future project teams and enhancing project success and client satisfaction
  • What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrate expertise in implementing test and automation strategies with a shift left/shift right approach to instil a quality mindset from project inception.
  • Contribute to business development as a Quality Engineering subject matter expert, leveraging past experience and innovative thinking
  • Design and architect trusted test automation patterns with high reliability, reusability, and relevancy.
  • Showcase knowledge in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks, understanding what aspects are best suited for automation
  • Possess a practical understanding of all test pyramid layers, applying a risk-based mindset to evaluate new features, test design, and code; also, apply a quality mindset to infrastructure as code, with extensive experience in various testing types
  • A wealth of experience of different testing types, including mobile, performance, and other Non-Functional testing
  • The drive to serve as a people leader, responsible for career development, performance evaluation, and alignment of your team to projects
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken German and English (B2/C1)
