Als Integration Engineer - Gesundheitswesen bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Doctolib-Plattform und der deutschen Healthcare-IT-Landschaft. Du managst Konnektoren, die Telematikinfrastruktur (TI 2.0), Datenaustausch mit Praxisverwaltungssystemen und komplexe Integrationsfälle.
Deine Mission: Technische Exzellenz in Healthcare-Interoperabilität – vom TI-Konnektor bis zur API-Integration.
Deine Aufgaben
- Technischer Expert:in für die Deutsche Telematikinfrastruktur (TI 2.0): Konnektor-Architektur, Kartenverwaltung (SMC-B, HBA, eGK), Gematik-Standards
- Support und Troubleshooting von Doctolib Desktop Viewer (DDV): Deployment-Probleme, Performance-Optimierung, Update-Prozesse, Konfigurationsfehler
- Lösung komplexer Interoperabilitätsprobleme mit Konnektoren, ITSPs und Gematik-Komponenten
- Troubleshooting von API-Sync, OAuth2/Zertifikatsauthentifizierung und Synchronisationsproblemen
- Erkennung globaler Issues und Erstellung von API Incidents in Jira
Dein Profil
- Tiefes praktisches Verständnis von Konnektor-Architektur, Kartentypen (SMC-B, HBA, eGK)
- Kenntnisse der Gematik/BSI-Standards
- Erfahrung mit ITSP-Rollen, KIM+, E-Rezept-Workflows
- Praktische Erfahrung mit API-Integration und -Troubleshooting
- Du kannst komplexe technische Sachverhalte sowohl für IT-Expert:innen als auch für Nicht-Techniker:innen verständlich erklären
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (mind. C1) und gutes Englisch (mind. B2)
Nice-to-haves:
- Ausbildung: Relevanter Abschluss (BA/MA) in Informatik, Medizinischer Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Ticket-System-Erfahrung: Jira oder ähnliche Systeme
- Observability Tools: Erweiterte Kenntnisse in Kibana, Datadog, Elasticsearch
