Industrial Supervisor or Certified Technician or equivalent technical background as

Production Assistant (m/f/d)

Breitscheid (Greater Siegen, Gießen, Westerwald Area), Full-time, Permanent

Utilizing your technical expertise, you will oversee the production process of processing machinery, manage interfaces with maintenance, and shipping. You will assist machine operators in packaging production while ensuring compliance with quality, performance, and safety standards. Supporting resource management, team development, process optimization, and fostering collaboration – even across shifts – is all part of the job. Problem-solving and flexibility in the face of challenges should be second nature to you.

Your Profile


• Qualification as an Industrial Supervisor, Certified Technician, or relevant technical degree
• Strong knowledge of corrugated cardboard and machinery is beneficial
• Hands-on mentality and dedication
• Professional handling of rapidly changing work requirements
• Target-oriented and solution-oriented work style
• High level of autonomy, social skills, and accountability
• Proficient in MS Office and common BDE systems
