- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in recruiting within a dynamic business environment, preferably in Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in high-volume recruitment, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
- Experience with sourcing tools and recruiting software.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
