- Führung (fachlich und disziplinarisch) sowie Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von Applikationsingenieuren/-spezialisten
- Koordination und Optimierung des Applikations-Supports von Kunden, Vertrieb, TCS, Entwicklung und Systemgeschäft auf europäischer Ebene
- Sicherung klassischer Robotik-Applikationsfelder und Entwicklung neuer Applikationen unter Berücksichtigung der strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement sowie mit anderen Teams innerhalb der European Engineering Organization
- Ableiten von Produktentwicklungsideen aus den Erfordernissen der jeweiligen Applikation
- Weiterentwicklung des Applikationslabors hin zu einem modernen Technologiezentrum
- Motivation des Teams, Weiterentwicklung von Know How und Kapazitäten des Teams
- Technologiescouting und Pflege der Beziehungen zu Schlüssellieferanten der jeweiligen Applikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Engineering (Maschinenbau, Mechatronik etc)
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Robotik, bevorzugt in der Peer Group
- Mind. 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Zielorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
