- Standortleitung mit disziplinarischer und fachlicher Führung von ca. 12 Ingenieuren
- Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen, effizienten und serviceorientierten Arbeitsalltag
- Entwicklung strategischer Konzepte für den Vertrieb und der Geschäftsentwicklung
- Führung und Entwicklung des interdisziplinären Teams sowie die Sicherstellung dessen effizienten und effektiven Projektabwicklung
- Führen von Vertrags- und Preisgesprächen sowie die Erstellung von Angeboten
- Betreiben eines aktiven Kundenmanagements
- Verantwortung des Recruitings von technischen Fachkräften sowie die Durchführung von geeigneten Personalmarketingkampagnen
- Führen von regelmäßigen Feedbackgesprächen, Erkennen des vorhandenen Know-Hows sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter fördern
- Ständiger Austausch sowie Reporting gegenüber der Geschäftsführung
- Wahrnehmen von Dienstreisen nach Hamburg, Berlin oder Frankreich (höchstens 1 x im Quartal)
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder des Ingenieurwesens vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Business Development
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kenntnisse aus der Luftfahrtbranche und der Luftfahrtnormen (DO-160, CS-29) sind wünschenswert
- Ein Netzwerk in der militärischen Luftfahrt wäre von Vorteil
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch wäre ein Plus
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung mit interkultureller Kompetenz
- Wirtschaftliches Denken und Vertrautheit mit den Begriffen wie u. a. Angebot, Preis, Marge, Umsatz
