    Our Financial Operations Europe division provides accounting services (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) for HELM AG in the SAP S/4 Hana environment centrally at two main locations across Europe (Hamburg, Lisbon) and ensures other related fields such as the Group's credit management. The Finance Service Line takes on the central role for incoming and outgoing communication with our internal and external customers.

    Within this department, we offer students the opportunity to gain an insight into Helm's finance management and to actively help shape automation processes. For this purpose, we are looking for a motivated student (m/f/d) to support us as a working student or intern as soon as possible.

    Your tasks:

  • As part of your role, you will support the team in the implementation of a platform for modern communication, which will automate the management of service requests using the latest AI technologies (e.g. communication mining).
  • In addition, you will collaborate with our SAP key users to create documentation based on structured activity lists in order to ensure the targeted takeover of projects by the First Level Support.
  • You will also use your analytical skills to identify additional topics that can be processed independently and automatically with the help of modern knowledge management systems.
  • Moreover, you will support the team and gain experience in direct ticket processing and learn how to handle accounts receivable and accounts payable with the latest version of SAP (S/4 Hana).
  • Your qualifications:

  • You study business administration, economics, business informatics or similar and are ideally at an advanced stage of your studies.
  • Ideally, you will support us for at least 3 months.
  • You are characterized by a high technical affinity and a willingness to learn.
  • You work in a structured and reliable manner and are generally eager to learn.
  • You possess of strong analytical thinking and are generally interested in developing automation solutions within the accounting environment. Ideally, you have already gained initial work experience in previous internships.
  • As a team player, you are happy to collaborate in both German and English. Furthermore, you wouldn ́t mind traveling abroad for business matters.
