Your responsibilities:

• Independent fault analysis and repair of small electrical appliances in accordance with current specifications
• Dismantle and install the necessary components/spare parts and record them in the company's repair system
• Carry out and document technical functional testing of products
• Perform maintenance on small electrical equipment
• Documentation of repair processes in the company's own repair system
• Recondition products following current specifications
• Assist the logistics department to ensure the smooth operation of the repair centre
• Keeping various records
• Take part in stocktaking

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical vocational training in the field of electrical engineering/electronics, electrician, mechatronics or comparable sound training or demonstrably equivalent knowledge through further training and/or many years of specialized professional experience in the field of repairing small electrical appliances
• High level of service awareness, customer and service orientation
• Knowledge of the German language is a must
• Dedication and ability to work independently
• Team player, flexible and willing to work Saturdays if required
• Reliability, diligence and a sense of responsibility
• Physical capacity (lifting and carrying small electrical appliances up to 25 kg)
• English (with a focus on technical English) is an advantage
