Product Strategy & Development : Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
Drive the innovation and development of digital platforms to enhance user experience.

Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing product and technology team.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets related to product and digital platform development.
BSc/BA in product management, computer science, industrial engineering or relevant field; Ideas on how to keep us at the top of our game Strong understanding of business management issues
