- Provide M&A advisory services, such as preparing sales documentation, identifying potential buyers or targets, and analyzing business plans.
- Assist in the analysis, planning, and creation of financial models for M&A activities.
- Participate in complex transactions in sectors like Automotive, Technology, Energy, Industrials, Logistics, Consumer Goods, and Financial Services, working directly with senior management.
- Be part of a dynamic, motivated, interdisciplinary team to enhance your sector-specific knowledge and overall expertise.
- Your ambition and initiative will be rewarded with early responsibilities within the team and support through practical training and mentoring.
- Hold a degree in Economics, with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Controlling (Bachelor / Master).
- Possess relevant experience through internships or entry-level positions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly advanced in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ideally, have experience with M&A databases.
- Fluency in both German and English (C1 level) with strong written communication skills.
