In deiner Rolle bist du Teil des Senior Managements und verantwortest das Geschäftsfeld, den Business Stream Car After-Sales, sowohl disziplinarisch als auch finanziell nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten.
Du treibst die #TechTransformation innerhalb der Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation und richtest deinen Fokus zusätzlich auf die Weiterentwicklung der weltweiten After-Sales Landscape der Mercedes-Benz AG.
Gemeinsam mit deinem Team, dem Geschäftsbereich Global Customer Services & Parts und den relevanten IT-Bereichen der Mercedes-Benz AG, gestaltest du die zukünftige After-Sales-Strategie.
Du bist für den Ausbau und die Neuausrichtung des Business Streams entlang der Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation-Strategie verantwortlich und gewinnst neue Projekte und Produkte für die Geschäftseinheit Car After-Sales.
Neben der Leitung des Business Streams Car-After Sales engagierst du dich aktiv innerhalb der Mercedes-Benz AG und in der weltweiten Tech-Community, um die Transformation der Mercedes-Benz AG hin zu einer Software-Company voranzutreiben.
Du bist maßgeblich an der Internationalisierung beteiligt und forderst den Ausbau von internationalen Teams in den Entwicklungs-Hubs im Home of Tech-Verbund.

Du verfügst über einen Abschluss in einem technischen Studiengang oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
Du verfügst über ein hervorragendes Verständnis für die After-Sales Strategie von Mercedes-Benz sowie über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich After-Sales von moderner Organisationen.
Deine Stärken liegen im Beziehungsaufbau, der Netzwerkpflege und der überzeugenden Darstellung zukunftsweisender After-Sales relevanter, technischer Zusammenhänge und Lösungen.
Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft in einem höchst dynamischen Umfeld aus.
Du kommunizierst routiniert auf allen Management-Ebenen und verstehst die Bedürfnisse unterschiedlicher Zielgruppen, auch in der internationalen Kooperation.
Die Rolle als Stream Lead (m/w/d) erfordert einen gewissen Grad an Reisebereitschaft, insbesondere zu unseren Tech-Hubs u.a. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzten wir voraus.
