:The team Trade Services is embedded within the Lux IPB Operations department of Deutsche Bank ́s Private Banking sector. The main tasks and responsibilities of the team include the handling and monitoring of settlement and cash disposition with the various custodians, handling of Subscriptions/Redemptions, daily regulatory reporting (EMIR/MiFIR), daily investigation on cash/depot break reportings, handling static data, such as pricing and securities and providing business support on day-to-day queries.
The new Team Leader should cover the below tasks and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities / Tasks :
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and drive cost-effectiveness.
• Lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery to our clients.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and implement robust risk management practices to ensure the bank's operations adhere to all relevant financial & compliance regulations and to safeguard the bank ́s operations.
• Work closely with technology teams to integrate and leverage cutting-edge technologies that enhance operational capabilities.
Your Skills and Experience :
• Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in the banking/financial sector, experience of leading a team would be seen as advantage.
• Advanced Office 365 and database skills, knowledge of Avaloq would be seen as an advantage.
• High team-spirit and service orientation, strong personality and ability to work under pressure and against deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills. Fluent in German, English. Any other language is an advantage.
• High degree of control awareness, attention to detail and focus on providing quality output.
• Good knowledge of various securities.
• Responsibility, organisation, care and accuracy.
