    Main Responsibilities

    In this role, you will handle various receptionist, recordkeeping, and general clerical tasks within a medical facility. Key duties include:

    - Managing information and data using automated systems like CHCS, ADS, AHLTA, MAPS, PAS, DMHRSi, and CIS.
    - Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, both manually and through CHCS.
    - Welcoming and assisting patients and visitors, managing messages through AMSMS, and ensuring proper patient care eligibility.
    - Maintaining patient records in compliance with regulations, including electronic and paper documentation.
    - Performing Quality Assurance checks on patient records.

    Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

    Qualifications Required

    For this position, the following qualifications are necessary:

    - Office automation skills.
    - Basic knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.

    Language proficiency needed:

    - Fluency in English and German at B2 level.
