Our partner is seeking a BizDevOps expert to join them in creating a unified software development process.

The goal is to enable rapid and goal-oriented implementation of requirements across all companies, maximizing the benefits of IT solutions for both customers and employees.

The key priority of the project is therefore the gradual introduction of requirements, testing, release and bug fixing processes in parallel with the introduction of IT Rocks.

Responsibilities:
Project manager for the internal release management process , working closely with project managers and the team.

Creation and maintenance of process documentation (including RACI matrix, BPMN or EPK process map, role model, etc.), and ensuring the integrity of the documentation.

Refining, continuously reviewing and developing related processes, tools and organizational structures. Provide strategic vision and guidance.
Summarizing and prioritizing requirements .
Tracking progress and providing holistic and regular reports on project progress, sprint results, etc. to all stakeholders.
Presenting results at project meetings .


Technical skills:
Knowledge of BizDevOps methodology and the operation of IT organizations.
Advanced technical and business knowledge , including understanding of release management tools, processes, and organization-specific requirements.
Knowledge of tools (ServiceNow/SIGMA/Jira).


Personal skills:
Experience in agile projects , service delivery, and agile teams in a transformation environment.
Continuous desire for improvement
Strong technical, analytical, conceptual and communication skills .
Structured and results-oriented work style.
German and English language communication required .


Work:
~ Remote + one day per month in Hamburg
