- After thorough onboarding, you will be servicing our global clients, providing innovative reinsurance solutions tailored to their needs. This includes managing the entire reinsurance placement process from business sourcing to pricing and final decision-making.
- Business Sourcing and Assessment: You will handle requests for structured reinsurance concepts, create customized solutions, and negotiate with insurance customers.
- Contract Management: Your responsibilities include managing and renewing reinsurance contracts, and ensuring the quality of business data meets defined standards.
- Portfolio Analysis: You will conduct actuarial analyses to monitor the profitability of reinsurance contracts.
- Business Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with existing and new business partners (customers and brokers) through regular personal meetings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in underwriting, local offices, and service departments such as actuarial and accounting.
- Master's degree in business or financial mathematics
- Interest in actuarial issues
- Experience in balance sheet analyses, accounting, and regulatory processes
- Practical experience in insurance or financial sector (internships, working student activities)
- Independence, flexibility, and analytical thinking
- Fluency in English, conversational German, additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel globally
- Strong communication skills
