- Supporting SAP users (PP and PM) by addressing reported incidents and service requests via the ticket system.
- Collaborating with external consultancies on system implementation/development projects.
- Conducting improvements and maintenance in the SAP System.
- Assisting users in unit and integrated tests and filling UAT.
- Providing S/4Hana support and liaising with the Global IT Team (Germany, China, Thailand, and Romania) to resolve issues in unsupported SAP modules.
- Delivering SAP training for users (modules PP, PM).
- Leveraging acquired skills and experience to make informed judgments and ensure task/service quality.
- Graduated: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Similar
- 6-10 years of experience
- Advanced Knowledge in SAP (Module PP / PM)
- Intermediate Knowledge in MES and APS
- Advanced Knowledge in ABAP Language
- Advanced knowledge in Tickets Control
- Intermediate knowledge in project management
- Advanced English
