- Lead, enable, and grow Cocomore's UX team
- Together with your team, develop, iterate, and maintain concepts, wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes for our client projects between digital platforms, services, and interfaces
- Collaborate closely with our CCO, our creative directors, cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, product managers, designers, UX colleagues, and clients
- Continuously improve the digital user experience of brands by challenging the status quo based on a clear user-centered and business-driven perspective
- Lead UX design projects across the entire product lifecycle
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements
- Be autonomous and take full ownership of your work
- Partner with your team in prioritization planning in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and run user tests of all kinds
- Apply UX techniques, including atomic design, lean UX, and design sprint methods, and continue to develop them further
- Be a mentor to your team members and help them strengthen their UX skills
- You have at least 7 years of experience as a UX designer and at least two years of that in a leadership role
- You have experience and resilience in dealing with complex project situations in the areas of UX, product design, and user-friendly database development
- You can manage your projects and customer contacts confidently in both German and English
- You also have some experience as a product owner
- You have worked cross-device and cross-channel and can provide a strong portfolio
- You are experienced in leading UX teams along agile workflows using tools like Figma, Miro, and other design tools
- You are experienced in leading and guiding multiple UX disciplines (concept, research, benchmarks, prototyping, visuals, user tests, workshops, design thinking, and design sprints)
- You are experienced in working closely with user interface designers, developers, and project management
- You're able to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial UX concepts to make business strategy come to life
- You love to present and defend your work in front of your team and the client
