Responsibilities:

• Representing our client's group of enterprises in court and out of court, also working with the employers' association in this regard
• Offering independent employment legal advice to (market) executives, managers, and HR business partners.
• Preparing contracts
• Collaborating with works council committees by preparing and negotiating work agreements
• Taking part in strategic, multidisciplinary HR initiatives and significant matters
• Creation of precise suggestions for action in every aspect of labour law, including works constitution and collective bargaining law profile
• Coordination of outside solicitors and employers' association

Requirements:

• First and second state law examinations
• A passion for labour law and operational HRM
• A desire to collaborate in creating contemporary work environments and working relationships
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
• A strong sense of independence in the workplace, but also a resilient team player
• Fluency in German and English languages
