    Instandhalten der Produktionsanlagen sowie elektrischen und elektronischen Anlagen der Haustechnik

    Job Description

    Reparatur- und Montagearbeiten

  • Analysieren von Fehlern und Störungen
  • Durchführung von Reparatur- und Überholungsarbeiten auf Grund von Störungsmeldungen
  • Installation, Demontage, Instandsetzung und Montage von elektrischen Bauteilen, Baugruppen und/oder Geräten der Energie- und Kommunikationstechnik nach Vorgaben technischer Unterlagen (z.B. Verdrahtungs-, Anschlusspläne), ggf. Maschinensteuerungen anpassen.

    • Wartungs-, Kontroll- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

  • Wartungs-, Kontroll- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten nach vorliegenden Wartungsplänen
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Begleitung und Betreuung von Monteuren externer Dienstleister
  • Kontrolle und Überwachung der Funktion der elektromechanischen und elektrischen Bauteile, Baugruppen und Geräte der Energie- und Kommunikationstechnik während des Betriebs.
  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Funktionstüchtigkeit der installierten Schutzfunktionen an Maschinen und Anlagen (z.B. Lichtgitter, Einhausungen an beweglichen Teilen).

    • Reparaturen Haus- und Betriebstechnik

    Required Skills and Education

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bspw. als Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatroniker
  • Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Produktion
  • Schalterlaubnis bis mindestens 1000 V
  • Programmierungs- und Wartungskenntnisse SPS
  • vertiefte Kenntnisse in S7 / TIA
  • Grundkenntnisse Computerhardware
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
